Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and present SHE training and SHE induction to enhance safety awareness among Head Office employees. Safety awareness among Head Office employees is significantly enhanced.
• Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use. Statutory, fire, and rescue equipment are complete and ready to use.
• Inspect project facilities, equipments, observe operations and activities in progress to ensure those are in compliance with company\'s safety regulations. Project facilities, equipments, observe operations and activities in progress are in compliance with company\'s safety regulations.
• Support and assist safety audits, inspections and accident/incident investigations by observing employee activities and workplace conditions for submitting recommendations to management to correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall program. The overall program is significantly improved.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Safety & Health or Environmental Engineering with maximum graduated in 2023.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Have minimum 500 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English, written and verbal
• Willing to work in all Petrosea site location all over Indonesia
