Job Description

Oversee company operations, systems, and workflows to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Develop business plans, oversee implementation, and evaluate performance to ensure the achievement of company strategies and objectives.

Lead and evaluate the performance of HR, General Affairs, IT, and Finance & Accounting functions to ensure optimal resource allocation and organizational effectiveness.

Establish and implement policies, operational standards, and quality guidelines to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
