The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong background in e-Commerce or Retail. This role involves achieving revenue targets, developing client relationships, and analyzing market trends to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Management.
  • Experience in Franchise, Product/Category management in e-Commerce or Retail.
  • Knowledge of digital sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Build and acquire new sales leads in the food & beverage industry.
  • Achieve budgeted revenue targets from the partner channel.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Good negotiation skills and influencing abilities
Strong leadership skills
Strong analytical aptitude
Ability to handle complex situations with results-oriented mindset

Education

Bachelor Degree in Management, Marketing Communication, or Business Management
