Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hygiene Manager or Supervisor in the F&B industry.
• Experience in centralized kitchen or multi-outlet F&B operations is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hygiene policies and sanitation programs.
• Oversee daily sanitation activities for the central kitchen and outlets.
