About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Operation Manager to join our team in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As the Food & Beverage Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance overall efficiency
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items and ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for cost savings, and implement measures to improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated food and beverage professionals
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate event planning and catering services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar food and beverage management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on operational efficiency
- Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and cost control
- Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and costing
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to deliver an outstanding dining experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
