About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Operation Manager to join our team in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As the Food & Beverage Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the food and beverage department, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and enhance overall efficiency
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items and ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for cost savings, and implement measures to improve profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated food and beverage professionals
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate event planning and catering services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar food and beverage management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
