Responsibilities
  • Oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations; review financial statements and analysis reports to inform business decisions through professional financial insights
  • Assist the tax team in handling tax matters and tax accounting; ensure daily tax compliance, minimize tax risks, and optimize tax efficiency
  • Develop and improve internal accounting systems and financial management policies; enhance financial controls and provide guidance and coaching to accounting staff
  • Manage daily financial operations and coordinate with the group headquarters on relevant matters
  • Lead the company’s annual audit process and ensure timely and accurate reporting to HQ
  • Assist the CFO in ensuring the company’s compliance with Indonesian laws, regulations and internal policies, while participating in the review of major contracts and agreements to provide support for business decisions
  • Provide support for the implementation of financial solutions for new business introduction
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years in financial management; experience in manufacturing companies is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields, certifications such as CICP/ACCA/CAM, or Indonesian CPA are a plus
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian and Chinese financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Proficient in financial and office software, such as SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
