Job description

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

Oversee cash flow planning, expense control, and payment approval

Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with regulations & tax requirements

Lead end-of-month and end-of-year closing processes

Collaborate with management for financial strategy and business planning

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and relevant financial institutions

Identify financial risks and propose strategic improvements to enhance business efficiency

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus)

Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role

Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, accounting standards, and taxation

Experience handling end-to-end finance operations (AP/AR, GL, cash flow, budgeting, costing)

Familiar with financial modeling and business forecasting is a strong advantage

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

High attention to detail, integrity, and ownership mindset

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Able to work full time on Sunter Area and start immediately
