Job description

Lead the Finance, Accounting, and Tax divisions in alignment with company objectives.

Develop short-term and long-term financial strategies to support business growth.

Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and asset management.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).

Accounting & Reporting

Supervise bookkeeping and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making.

Tax Compliance

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and requirements.

Manage efficient tax planning strategies while minimizing legal risks.

Internal Control & Audit

Establish and monitor internal control policies to prevent fraud.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Team Management

Lead, guide, and develop finance, accounting, and tax teams.

Provide training and mentoring to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years in Finance/Accounting/Tax, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position.

Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, or Tax Brevet A/B/C are preferred.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.

Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management.

Preferably experienced working in construction, property or hotel companies.

Excellent communication skills, able to present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
