About the Challenge

As an Engineering Staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring seamless operations and top-notch guest experiences.

Requirements
  • Minimum SMK Teknik Mesin/Elektro or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in handling engineering tools, HVAC systems, electrical repairs, and plumbing work.
  • Good physical condition, able to lift equipment, and committed to safety regulations (K3 certification is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance and promptly address repair requests from staff and guests.
  • Respond quickly to urgent technical issues to prevent disruptions in hotel operations.
  • Manage spare parts and equipment while keeping accurate maintenance records.
  • Work closely with other departments and follow safety protocols, including proper PPE usage.
