Overview

Eiger Adventure Land, we are hiring!

Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue and leads, identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships, and manage existing relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement Business Plans, coordinate with other departments within the company, and ensure the achievement of business targets.
  • This is a full-time on-site role for the new 360 hectares Luxury Adventure Land in West Java, as a Business Development Manager at PT. EMPI (Holding) located in Jakarta with some mandatory visits to HQ.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor degree in Hospitality or at least 3 years of work experience in sales of Hotel Resorts, preferably international or reputable chain hotel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and convert business opportunities into revenue.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • People person and team player.
  • Proficiency in CRM system.
