Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Fluffy Baby online stores (marketplaces and website) and ensure an optimal shopping experience from product discovery to check-out.
- Manage product listings, promotions, pricing, and inventory on the e-commerce platform, website, and increase online sales, and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with retail partners to optimize sales performance and ensure brand consistency.
- Support retail campaigns, pop-up events, and collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail and RM or marketplace partners, negotiate terms, and drive profitability and brand visibility.
- Work closely with marketing team to enhance the loyalty program and engage our customer base.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to inform strategy.
- Lead team, and collaborate with marketing, creative, and designer teams to ensure seamless operations and brand alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
