Job Description:

1. Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area
2. Daily visit to merchant
3. Ensuring the program in its area runs well and the programs sales target can be met
4. To ensure placement of POP material promotion in store
5. Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors, and field issues
6. Handle Sales Promotor Leaders, Promotor, and Merchant Relations
7. Monitor daily activities of Promoters
8. Conduct field team training and refreshment training for promoters
9. Monitor data for 1st billing by promoter and by merchant

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in any field
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) or equivalent
4. Familiar with MS Office and Excel
