Role Description

Digital Banking Officer role involves day‑to‑day tasks related to product development as product owner, marketing, sales, partnership activities and more.

  • Analyst the business market.
  • Provide new ideas for product development and promotional programs especially for digital products.
  • Manage and organize development timeline.
  • Deliver mobile banking and digital business banking projects.
  • Create financial transaction reports of mobile banking and business banking on daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Analyze and monitor product market, customer, and transaction trends.
  • Manage and prepare Regulatory Licensing and Reporting.
  • Responsible for SBII product sales in accordance with the target: CASA growth, Deposit growth, new customer acquisition, etc.
