Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end consulting for global D365 F&O Retail and Omni-channel implementations.
• Define and own solution architecture aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, lead workshops, and ensure successful user adoption.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements; coordinate with architects and developers.
• Oversee integrations, customizations, and validate technical designs.
• Ensure DevOps alignment for continuous delivery and system reliability.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers; act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Foster strong relationships with global stakeholders and champion continuous improvement.

Skills

Hands-on experience with retail processes and POS solutions in D365

Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

Strong consulting presence and ability to engage senior stakeholders

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Education
