A leading service provider in travel and hospitality is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Pagedangan, Indonesia. This role involves resolving client issues related to airline bookings, managing inquiries on time, and requires customer service experience, particularly with English communication. Candidates must be willing to work in shifts, including public holidays. The position supports clients globally and is crucial for maintaining service standards.
Role of Purposes: This Position will report directly to the Team Leader or Senior Team Leader for that account. This role will generally address customers' complaints and inquiries regarding flight tickets purchased on the apps or website by utilizing the Ticketing product knowledge.
