Are you fluent in English, thrive under pressure, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Revive Medical is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Call Centre Representative to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Support day and afternoon operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Manage team logistics and coordinate patient services.

Work independently while maintaining strong team communication.

6 days per week (full-time), with one day off per week.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Able to work under pressure with a calm, solutions-based approach.

Available to work day and afternoon shifts.

Strong ability to work independently.

Great communicator and highly organized.

Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred.
