A leading customer service provider in Indonesia seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage incoming inquiries and build sustainable relationships with customers. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be quick learners, and have a customer-oriented mindset. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with preferred qualifications including a high school diploma or college degree.
Manage incoming customer inquiries via Call and Email. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
