Corporate Development Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Analyze market trends, identify potential acquisition targets, and assess the strategic fit of these opportunities with the company's overall goals.

Build relationships and negotiate agreements with external partners to achieve strategic objectives.

Initiate streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience.

Analyze internal and external business trends to identify opportunities for growth or operational improvement.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Support the development, refinement, and execution of the company's medium to long-term strategic plan.

Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and monitor progress against milestones and KPIs.

Collaborate closely with C-level executives, function leaders, and external advisors.

Prepare high-quality materials for Board and senior management discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of working experience
• Retail, Investment Banking, or Consulting experience
