Job Description

  • Understand business goals and user requirements to provide design solutions - based on the BU defined brand guidelines - that can integrate the different needs of key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain our own standardized design system and components to develop a coordinated brand image (in line with the Business Unit brand image)
  • Work collaboratively in a cross functional team of business experts, marketing professionals, IT developers and translate early-stage business ideas into compelling designs
  • Create visual proposals, presentations which includes copywriting and content creation
  • Create and deliver high-quality visual design outcomes like mood boards, concepts, UI layouts, components and style guides
  • Ensure the delivery of visual designs are implemented effectively through design to deployment
  • Good sensitivity to competitor, able to grasp the future market development trend, and put forward realizable innovative design solutions
  • Execute on all design stages, from concept to visual design (interface renderings/UI design/Web/APP)

Qualifications

  • Advanced usage of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both oral and written English, working language-English (including daily communication and meetings) and adaptable to work in a global team
  • Familiar with eCommerce and Social Commerce platforms and their content requirements
  • Target oriented and solution-oriented mindset
  • Major in User Experience Design, Art Design, Graphic Design or something related
  • 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing
  • Agency background is an advantage but not a requirement

Departments included under the shared service organization are Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Controlling, Facility Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Information Systems, and Corporate Communication.
