Job Description – Chief Security
Position Title: Chief Security
Department: Security
Reports to: Director of People and Culture
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the resort’s Security Department.
Oversee safety operations, surveillance, access control, and emergency response.
Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and crisis management plans.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.
Indonesian Citizen
Minimum 1-2 years leadership experience in security management (5 stars luxury hotels/resorts preferred).
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal communication).
Must hold Gada Madya Certification (Gada Utama is an advantage).
First Aid and CPR Certified.
Strong background in risk assessment, crisis management, and emergency response.
Proven ability in leading, training and managing team.
Familiar with hotel security system (CCTV, Key Control, Access System).
Strong integrity, leadership, and guest-oriented mindset.
