Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt\'s purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we\'re focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

This role is responsible for developing and implementing impactful, profitable Ecommerce Channel Trade Marketing Strategy including GTM strategy, promotion planning & demand-supply aligned with Company and Brand Strategy in Enfa ecommerce platforms working closely with eBDM and eBM for comprehensive execution and monitoring.

Your responsibilities
  • Developing Ecommerce Trade Marketing Strategy
    • Create and Deliver Strong Ecommerce Trade Marketing Strategic Plan for all Nutrition Focused Brands align with Company and Existing Brand Strategies in respective ecommerce platform.
    • Implementing Ecommerce Trade Marketing Plan (GTM Strategy, Promotion plan) Implementation as per agreed plan.
    • Collaborate with Ecommerce Business Development Manager, Ecommerce Brand Manager, Respective Ecommerce Platform Stakeholders and Other respective parties to ensure our brands business objective is delivered within Ecommerce Trade Marketing Initiatives to support our commercial plans.
    • Monitor, tracks and assesses the effectiveness of implemented Ecommerce Trade Marketing Implementation by timely basis share adjustment ideas to enhance and assure effectiveness.
  • Manage Annual and Quarterly Budget Projection
    • Manage Ecommerce Trade Marketing Trade Spend Budget by key activity by focusing on demonstrating ROI.
    • Create Ecommerce Trade Marketing Initiatives in Enfa Ecommerce Platform within specified brand guidelines, secure and manage incremental funds.
    • Conduct regular sessions with related commercial team update trade marketing initiatives and feedback.
    • Monitor Ecommerce Trade Marketing Trade Spend accrual including Activity document completion aligned with Agreed Budget Projection Phasing.
The experience we\'re looking for
  • A solid understanding of experiental Ecommerce Trade Marketing and brand experience across the industry including insights, measurement and best practice.
  • Ability to manage ecommerce Trade marketing and external media agencies and ecommerce platform stakeholders.
  • Great understanding of Trade marketing metrics and marketing performance reporting
  • Possess high level of competency skills to operate effectively in skill development, team building and as a change agent.
  • Understanding of organization structure, operating culture, effective work styles, and achieving results.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively write and deliver presentations to professionals at all levels. Must be able to communicate effectively and collaborate across functions.
