Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategic channel programs to maximize sales and market share through distributors network.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with channel partners, including terms and conditions, pricing, and incentives.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner.
  • Accompany distributor on frequent customer visits to ensure successful project implementation and identify any necessary support.
  • Manage and monitor distributor performance, providing ongoing support and coaching to ensure they achieve their sales goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for distributors on company products and solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities for distributors.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to distributors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a channel management, sales, or marketing role in capital medical devices (not consumables).
  • Experience in handling distributors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through effective channel management.
  • Strong understanding of the medical device industry and distribution landscape in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
