Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Channel Account Manager position at Aswant Distribution offers an exciting opportunity to manage System Integrator/Partners, Customer accounts and drive revenue growth. As a full-time role based in Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for hunting, developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued partners.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with key distribution channel partners
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales and market share within assigned accounts
  • Negotiate and secure favorable contract terms and pricing with distribution partners
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives
  • Monitor account performance, provide regular updates, and suggest strategies for improvement
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or channel sales, preferably in the System Integrator, Distribution or Technology industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of growing sales and market share within key accounts
