A leading e-commerce company located in Java, Indonesia is seeking a Business Development professional to strengthen their sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, have 1–3 years of relevant experience, and be fluent in English. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, with the possibility of traveling as needed.
Identify and research potential clients, markets, or partnerships to build a strong sales pipeline.
Acquire and negotiate with new clients to close high-value deals and achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Track industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Partnership (e-commerce, agency, TikTok, or Shopee preferred).
Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus!
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to build strong client networks.
Willing to travel as needed.
