Business Development & Partnership (Sales) – Entry Level / Fresh Graduate

We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our Business Development & Partnership team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to launch their career in sales and business development, with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum education Diploma (DIII) in Business or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prior sales experience of at least 1 year is an advantage
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a target-driven mindset
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with clients, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with medium to large business clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing individual client needs promptly and efficiently
  • Manage client projects to achieve both client objectives and company goals
