Job Description :

HSEQ and Compliance

• Provide leadership to the Business Development team in ensuring adherence to HSEQ standards, the Integrated Management System (IMS), and Keller's policies and guidelines. Ensure all operations are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Business Development Management

• Oversee the company's marketing and business development functions. Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and risk and safety management. Drive team development by promoting staff engagement through coaching, group learning, and performance evaluations. Cultivate new market opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Project Acquisition

• Evaluate tender proposals and make decisions in coordination with company directors. Take ownership of securing projects to achieve the company's sales and profitability goals.

Job Requirements :

• Professional Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience with exposure to Business Development and Project Management
• Good networking with stakeholders in varies of sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Industries, and Infrastructure
• Proactive and communicative with confident and creativity; with English as main language for speaking and writing
• Strong strategic leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience in managing team of Managers and/or Engineer
• Ability and desire to influence others with good persuasive skills
• High integrity value
