Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven (Senior) Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving our growth initiatives in the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that align with Ajaib's growth strategies in the fintech and cryptocurrency space.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with clients, including high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and identify emerging trends.
  • Craft and present compelling proposals and presentations to stakeholders to secure partnerships and collaborations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles in fintech or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
