Job description

As a Manager, you will play a key role in the sales team’s continued development and success in the Jakarta office. You will be in charge of strategizing semester and yearly sales plans for the team. The Manager is required to have a network with Direct Brands.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for pipeline management, sales and revenue forecasting, sales approach and strategy development and implementation.
• Establishing sales strategy and action plan to win new agencies to achieve yearly profit targets by offering AnyMind Group products.
• Identifying and generating potential profitable business relationships and opportunities by studying the integration of new growth areas and trends, accompanying company strategies and operations; examining risk and potential, and estimating partner needs and goals.
• Empowering, coaching, delegating, and retaining qualified members that will contribute to company business.
• Ensuring operational delivery and department run as expected. Monitoring team's performance and project's execution within and across departments.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in background.
• 5+ years of strong experience in the digital advertising business, along with 3 years at the managerial level. Strong connection with Brands.
• Proven direct selling experience to brand and agency marketing, with a strong pipeline by year.
• Preferably someone with strong knowledge in Media Buying products, Influencer, and programmatic.
• Detailed-oriented, number sensitive, and innovative.
• Fluent in communicating in English is a must.
