SESNA was established based on passionate to contribute helping the future of Indonesia’s renewable energy sector, focusing on Solar Independent Power Producer (IPP) Development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new businesses regarding solar PV system
  • Present the proposal and business cases to customers
  • Clarify and educate customers about the benefits and drawbacks of solar PV system
  • Create a healthy sales pipeline by developing new opportunities and managing the existing customer base
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide ongoing feedback into the lead generation strategy
  • Monitor market movements to identify sales trends and new business opportunities
  • Drive profitable growth of the customer base through innovative energy solutions. This includes identifying, sourcing, evaluating, creating and delivering business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from developing an opportunity pipeline, building relationships and rapport with prospects to developing win/win solutions and managing ongoing relationships
Qualification
  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Engineering, Business Management, Finance or equivalent
  • Have an experience at least 2 year working experiences in a renewable energy company, or public consulting firm with role in business/project development, project planning/controlling, or market research is preferred.

  • Good communication skills in English both oral and written
  • Experience in developing professional proposals and delivering engaging presentations and pitches.
  • A hunter mindset with demonstrated success in selling complex and high value B2B solutions.
