Job description

Analysis & Problem Solving
a. Understand overall business process in Sales & Marketing and able to share initiative for business improvement
b. Regularly conduct analysis and give useful feedback to sales team and superior as required
c. Able to solve the problem and independently coordinate with other related departments / sections

AR Billing, Collection and Invoicing
a. Support to monitor AR (Account Receivable)
b. Support to monitor OE billing / invoicing process for OEM customers
c. Support to monitor AR collection for REP customers via Distributor Financing system / application
d. Follow up to bank to ensure availability of credit plafond

Reporting and Documents Data Management
a. Prepare and share analysis feedback for the sales achievement
b. Lead audit data documentation supporting as required by other departments / sections
c. Provide additional information to the report based on discussion results when required

Coordination and Communication
a. Lead and conduct regular meetings with other related departments / sections
b. Manage communication with other departments / sections to ensure order requests are allocated

Global/ Region/ Local Initiatives
a. Participate in Region conferences, and special projects, where required
b. Prepare and submit reporting requirements and needs when required

Requirements
High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success
Language proficiency: English is mandatory (other language(s) are added advantage)
Minimum Bachelor Degree (preferably in Accounting / Finance/ Marketing)
Minimum 5-7 years of professionals working experience
Understand basic finance and able to operate Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excel)
Preferably have knowledge of taxation
Mandatory able to operate SAP system
Able to work with the target, OTIF (On-Time In-Full)
