Our client, a newly established F&B company specializing in coffee, ice cream, and baked goods, is looking for a Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, marketing, and growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist management in developing the overall brand strategy for the Indonesia market, including brand positioning, communication themes, and annual planning;
  • Plan and execute brand marketing initiatives, store promotion activities, and integrated marketing communication strategies;
  • Support store growth targets through continuous campaign evaluation, data analysis, and strategic optimization;
  • Coordinate with and manage third-party partners such as marketing agencies, advertising agencies, KOLs, and content partners;
  • Build, manage, and grow the brand’s social media presence, including TikTok, Instagram, and other major platforms;
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide practical and actionable strategic recommendations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field is preferred;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or brand-related roles, preferably in the F&B or restaurant industry;
  • Experience with chain restaurant brands or consumer brands is a strong advantage;
  • Proficiency in English as a working language; Mandarin skills are a plus but not mandatory;
  • Strong brand sense, data analysis skills, and execution capability;
  • Able to thrive in a fast-growing company environment, results-driven, and capable of managing projects independently.
