A leading FMCG company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies, manage marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create effective presentations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive brand growth in a dynamic market.
Build and execute annual brand strategies, marketing calendars, and growth initiatives.
Conduct consumer and market analysis to identify insights, opportunities, and innovation ideas.
Develop brand positioning, messaging, and product communication materials.
Lead digital, in-store, and on-ground marketing initiatives to increase awareness and trial.
Manage creative briefs, artwork development, product launches, sampling, and promotional campaigns.
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize future activities.
Serve as the primary liaison with brand principals for approvals, brand alignment, and performance updates.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Merchandising teams to support launch readiness and execution.
Prepare monthly brand reports, including marketing performance, activation results, and key highlights.
Manage marketing budgets for brand activation, production of marketing materials, and promotional programs.
Ensure efficient and impactful use of marketing spend in alignment with brand priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods.
Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance.
Proficient in preparing clear, data-driven presentations for internal reviews and brand principal meetings.
Strong ability in brand planning, consumer insights, and campaign execution.
Creative mindset with solid project-management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable managing multiple timelines and coordinating cross-functional teams.
