Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and inquire about their reservation in a proper manner.
  • Check and confirm the guest's reservation in the PMS system.
  • Ask for the guest's ID Card and ensure the registration form is filled correctly.
  • Conduct duties and be responsible based on the instruction of the Branch Leader.
  • Lead in keeping the Bobobox Branch (pod and public area) clean and tidy.
  • Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolleys is loaded.
Qualifications
  • Relevant work experience in Housekeeping/Front Office department at a hotel/resort property for a minimum of 1 year.
  • Willing to work on the shift schedule.
  • Willing to work outside scheduled times if there are urgent matters.
  • Neat appearance and well groomed.
  • Placement: Bobopod Kota Tua, Jakarta.
