Job Description
  • Oversee full import processes, ensuring smooth customs clearance, correct documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with external import partners to enhance cost-effectiveness, service quality, and overall import performance.
  • Lead product replenishment across national distribution centers, including guiding distributor teams and resolving execution issues.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet local regulatory inspection and compliance requirements.
  • Drive demand planning and manage the S&OP process, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely input submission, and alignment with business goals.
  • Handle product returns and waste management in line with company standards, aiming to minimize losses and ensure proper disposal.
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock movement, proactively addressing slow-moving or aging products to reduce financial risk.
  • Ensure visibility of all SKUs and product freshness across the supply chain, delivering regular updates and recommending timely actions.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum of 5 years of supply chain or operations experience, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industries.
  • Expertise in import procedures, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Proven ability to work with importers, distributors, and regulatory authorities, and a willingness to travel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills for improving processes.
  • A history of being reliable and accountable for managing inventory accuracy and product quality.
  • A fundamental understanding of how supply chain decisions impact business financials and cost control.
