Overview

PT Mitra Ibisnis Terapan (Premiro) - MIR Group is seeking candidates for the following position in Jakarta Office as Senior Account Executive.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and review clients’ insurance products and policies: Ensure that clients' insurance coverage aligns with their needs and is up to date.
  • Handle client concerns and queries: Address any questions or issues clients may have regarding their insurance.
  • Interact and coordinate with insurance underwriters: Collaborate with underwriters to ensure proper risk assessment and policy issuance.
  • Prepare billing and invoicing: Manage the financial aspects related to client policies, including creating invoices.
  • Prepare renewal activities: Assist with the preparation and follow-up on policy renewals for clients.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree is accepted
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 6 year of general work experience in insurance industry. Experience in General Insurance or Insurance Brokers, is preferred.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Understanding of insurance products. Prior experience in roles such as Underwriter, Marketing, or Account Officer in the insurance field is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Indonesian, both spoken and written.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: Comfortable interacting with clients and underwriters. Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, quick learner, and proactive. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
