Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of asset data management across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Manage company assets including registration, monitoring, maintenance , and disposal, covering a high volume of assets across offices and outlets.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and reporting related to asset lifecycle management, utilization, maintenance strategy, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Supervise asset management staff and provide training and development as needed.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Asset Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in asset management or general affairs, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
