Job Description
- Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Provide support, mentoring, and motivation to ensure the team reaches peak sales performance.
- Create regular reports for the Sales team.
- Analyze opportunities for expanding sales coverage areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Set individual targets for each team under the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
- Achieve company-defined sales targets and ensure consistent sales growth in alignment with the national growth plan.
- Perform random check coverage area visits (field checks).
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of DSMs, SPLs, MROs, and Promoters.
