As An Area Sales Manager, You Will

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and market growth.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team within the Jawa Tengah Utara area to ensure optimal performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee and ensure the execution of trade marketing programs and promotions in the assigned area.
  • Manage inventory and ensure product availability across channels in the region.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and identify potential challenges.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a regional sales team.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with the Makassar market and surrounding regions is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Semarang
