As An Area Sales Manager, You Will
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and market growth.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team within the Jawa Tengah Utara area to ensure optimal performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee and ensure the execution of trade marketing programs and promotions in the assigned area.
- Manage inventory and ensure product availability across channels in the region.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and identify potential challenges.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a regional sales team.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with the Makassar market and surrounding regions is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Semarang
