Your day-to-day
  • Perform day-to-day Account Receivable and Bank Reconciliation tasks under the supervision of the Senior OTC Analyst, aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor daily collections and ensure deposits are made timely for Accounts Receivable clearance. Conduct daily and monthly account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in receivables, invoices, and payment details.
  • Monitor A/R aging and collections, informing the Senior OTC Analyst of potential bad debts.
  • Assist with period-end closing activities and support consolidation and reporting tasks as needed.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and participate in assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company principles and practices in OTC operations, execute action plans or recommendations from audits, reviews, and controls, and update relevant stakeholders.
