Job Description:

  • Lead and manage agency activities to achieve the allocated agencies Key Performance Index: APE, Persistency, New Agent Licensed, and Active Agent.
  • Upgrade Agency Knowledge, Skill, Attitude and Habit for high productivity and professionalism.
  • Provide excellent customer/agency service in the allocated Agency’s Office by managing the flow of information and ensuring that the systems and procedures are in compliance with company policies, acceptable accounting practices and applicable regulations.
  • Uphold integrity in accordance to the above responsibilities.
  • Execute, complete and deliver special projects initiatives from company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, any discipline.
  • Experienced as Area Sales Manager or Area Business Development Manager or Recruitment Specialist or Trainer at an Insurance Company for at least 6 years.
  • Strong communication and personal development skills.
  • Target-oriented and sales-driven.
  • Business proficiency in English, both writing and verbal.
  • Excellent presentation skill.
