About the role

We are seeking a talented Affordability Project Manager to join our team at PT ACCENTUATES' in South Jakarta. In this contract role, you will play a crucial part in driving our affordability initiatives, ensuring our products and services remain accessible to our valued consumers.

Responsibilities

• Samsung POS Project - Design, develop and deploy a fully integrated Point of Sale (POS) for SEIN
• Develop and oversee the budgeting (both ME & SO)
• Participate in all MX Product Local Launch Plan (LLP)
• Provide actionable insights through strategic reporting
• Lead and manage engagement with key STAR partners
• Drive combined Affordability initiatives (NBFC, Trade-in, Banking) to increase consumer accessibility and sales conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Economics or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, business planning, commercial and retail operation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions
• Experienced in managing and optimizing POS System
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels
