Experience in administration, finance, tax, or accounting is an advantage.

Proficient in daily conversational Japanese (minimum JLPT N3).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of Indonesian tax, BPJS Health/Labour, and payroll.

Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible.

Strong interest in Japanese entertainment is a plus.

Able to start work immediately.

Salary negotiable based on experience and Japanese language skills.

Responsibilities
  • Handle BPJS Health and Labour administration (registration, termination, monthly reporting).
  • Process staff payroll and monthly tax calculations.
  • Prepare and issue invoices; ensure timely collection from clients.
  • Manage event-related administrative tasks.
  • Manage the company’s payment schedule and ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure all financial obligations are completed accurately and on time.
