Responsible for managing the production workflow and schedule from start to finish, ensuring that all projects (photo, video, design, and content) are completed efficiently, on time, and meet the quality standards. Acts as the main coordinator between creative, production, and internal/external teams to ensure all production needs are fulfilled smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize production schedules based on project briefs and management priorities.
- Distribute tasks and materials to production teams (videographers, editors, designers, and other crew members).
- Monitor production progress to ensure all projects are on track and deadlines are met.
- Manage the production tracking system, either through spreadsheets or digital tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.).
- Ensure all production documents such as scripts, shot lists, storyboards, and supporting files are complete and accessible.
- Coordinate between departments— creative, marketing, and operations—to align on production needs and priorities.
- Conduct initial quality checks (QC) before final delivery to clients or management.
- Prepare daily/weekly production reports, including progress updates, challenges, and outcomes.
- Handle revisions and schedule adjustments effectively while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain proper project documentation, including master files, revisions, and raw data archives.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Broadcasting, Communication, Multimedia, or Production Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content production, media, or project administration (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong understanding of the production process (pre-production, production, post-production).
- Proficient with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday, or Google Workspace.
- Excellent time management, scheduling, and prioritization skills.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and capable of working effectively across departments.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of video editing, graphic design, or photography.
- Familiarity with production terms (shooting plan, timeline, revision file, rendering, etc.).
- Experience coordinating events or multimedia projects.
- Ability to create project status reports and production SOP documentation.
