Job summary

A leading company in Indonesia is seeking an AP Officer to ensure accuracy in AP records, assist staff with the AP process, and maintain relationships with vendors. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Knowledge of SAP/SAP HANA and basic tax knowledge is preferred. This role is essential in managing internal and external communications effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the accounting field.
• Basic tax knowledge (VAT, WHT) is an advantage.
• Good track record, dynamic, and good at time management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of the AP Record.
• Help staff understand the AP process.
• Coordinate with Internal Users and External Vendors.

• Ensure the documents are complete and approved as DOA (Delegation of Authority).
• Approve and verify at Allpay.
• Ensure and help staff to understand better about the AP process.
• Coordinate and maintain good relationships with User (Internal) and Vendor (External)
• Assists in Audit activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and related fields.
• Experienced in the same field, minimum of 1 year.
• Preferably experienced in SAP / SAP HANA.
• Having basic tax knowledge (VAT, WHT) is an advantage.
• Agile and eager to learn new things.
• Attention to Detail and good numerical skills.
• Good literature in English, both speaking and writing.
• Good track record, entirely Initiative, dynamic and good at time management.
• Able to work multitasking, both individually and as a team.
