Job description

Currently #HOGOShippingIndonesia is seeking a staff for Tax position to join our dynamic team at PT. HOGO Shipping Indonesia at Cakung, East Jakarta. Office hour Monday- Friday (08:00AM - 17:00PM)

What you'll be doing

• Daily journaling
• Make budget planning (budgeting)
• Preparing and submitting monthly & annual Tax Financial reports, Tax Payable reports, such as PPN reports and annual PPh reports for individuals and corporations, Annual Tax Returns and Annual financial reports.
• Prepare company profit and loss reports, Monthly Financial Reports
• Creating VAT Invoice and bupot PPh 23, in coordination with Operation team
• Preparing reconciliation of tax reports and book records

What we\'re looking for

• Have a minimum of 1 years experience in Freight Forwarding Company
• Minimal Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Familiar with Monthly and Annual Tax Payable Reports
• Able to operate the Accurate application for journaling
• Able to work within tight deadlines & teamwork
• Calculate and Deposit Pot Tax/Put PPh and VAT
• Able to Operate E-Invoicing, CoreTax
• Intermediate skill in Ms Excel
• Have an in-depth understanding of tax regulations.
• able to identify company taxation needs.
• Manage company taxation and be able to identify company taxation needs.
• Minimal age 25 to 35 years
