Responsibilities
  • Assist in data entry of all financial transactions, from payments, variable costs, to bank deposits and budgets.
  • Assist in auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.
  • Provide us with accurate quantitative information about the financial position, liquidity and cash flow of our business, while ensuring we comply with all tax regulations.
Requirement
  • Obedient Muslim (hijab).
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience.
  • Experienced with bookkeeping and the ability to find numerical errors.
  • Have intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively throughout the organization.
  • Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
  • Very detail oriented.
