A leading food and beverage company in Indonesia is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and team management. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and extensive experience in accounting management. Prepare, manage, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
Ensure all transactions—from raw material purchasing, production, distribution, sales, to returns—are recorded accurately and promptly.
Perform bank reconciliation, AR–AP reconciliation, and interdepartmental reconciliations.
Oversee COGS recording, including production costs, factory overhead, and distribution expenses.
Review journal entries, adjustments, and the completeness of all accounting documentation.
Monitor end-to-end sales transactions for both indirect (distributor) and direct sales channels.
Ensure accuracy of invoices, payment receipts, discounts, returns, and AR aging.
Supervise inventory accuracy across central warehouse, distribution hubs, and distributor locations.
Ensure seamless integration of sales and distribution data into the accounting system and ERP.
Review production costs, HPP, and operational expenditures on a regular basis.
Prepare product profitability analysis (tea, coffee SKUs) and channel profitability analysis.
Identify cost-efficiency opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, and sales operations.
Develop financial analysis reports to support management decision-making.
Establish, implement, and monitor financial SOPs across purchasing, warehouse, production, sales, and petty cash.
Safeguard financial data integrity and ensure effective internal control processes.
Manage cashflow monitoring, operational expenditures, and approval workflows in line with company policies.
Identify potential fraud risks and implement preventive measures.
Develop the annual budget for production, raw materials, distribution, promotions, and payroll.
Prepare cashflow, revenue, and operational forecasts.
Monitor budget realization and provide variance analysis reports to management.
Supervise the accounting team (AR, AP, GL, Tax, Cost Accounting).
Develop team capabilities through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency, systemization, and SOP compliance.
Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, and General Affairs to support smooth business operations.
Provide data support and accompany internal and external audit processes.
Deliver financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions.
