Accounting and Admin Executive (Temporary - 7-month Contract)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Accounting and Admin Executive (Temporary – 7-month contract) to join our Indonesia team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, can adapt quickly, and values variety in daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting
  • Maintain accounting records, filing, and documentation system
  • Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including Article 21, Article 4(2), VAT, and other applicable taxes. Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with the latest Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Process employee reimbursements and verify receipts.
  • Manage and maintain employee records related to payroll, benefits, and social security (BPJS) contributions.
Recruitment
  • Support the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, managing the applicant tracking system, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Onboard new hires and support offboarding procedures to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Support the administration of benefits, leave, and payroll inputs, including preparing monthly payslips.
Administrative
  • Maintain organized records and assist with HR and financial documents.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all HR and administrative matters, providing information, handling inquiries, and directing employees, managers, and external partners as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, tax, payroll, or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, payroll processes, and tax regulations is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Must be based in Jakartaarea
