Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or medical representative experience, particularly in the healthcare or laboratory industry.
- Understanding of partnership processes with hospitals, clinics, and doctors, including referral and sample submission workflows.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with partners.
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset and capable of working independently or in a team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential business partners in hospitals, clinics, and doctor practices.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to encourage referrals of patients or samples to the GSI laboratory for testing.
- Introduce GSI Lab's products and services to potential partners through effective presentations.
- Conduct negotiations to establish mutually beneficial cooperation agreements.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sample referral goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide updates on business developments.
- Meet sales and partnership targets as set by the company.
