We are looking for dedicated individuals to support learning-disabled adults, helping them develop skills, achieve goals, and thrive in their communities.

• Location: Stonehouse (Gloucestershire)
• Salary: £ per hour (basic rate + 10% Waking Nights premium), increasing to £ per hour from 1st October 2024
• Hours: 10pm - 7am, 2 nights per week
• Holidays: 33 days annual leave including bank holidays
• Pay Incentives: 10% overtime, 20% Bank Holiday, 50% for key dates over Christmas
• Training & Development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care

The goal is to support individuals in discovering interests, achieving goals, and maintaining relationships.

You will provide high-quality care, listening to wants and needs, assisting with medication, cooking, and encouraging independence and new adventures.

A driving license is preferred, as public transport options may be limited.
